Under the Commerce Act, cartels are a big no-no — and they can lead to serious consequences for both individuals and companies. But here’s the good news: the Commerce Commission would much rather help you steer clear of trouble than catch you in it.
We’ve got easy-to-follow guides, tips, and resources to help you understand what cartel conduct looks like, how to keep your business safe, and what to do if you think you’ve accidentally wandered into dodgy territory.
We also love getting out and talking directly with businesses and industry groups across New Zealand - sharing the know-how you need to stay on the right side of the law.
